Come help Rob celebrate his 39th birthday as he raises funds for Richmond’s Police Athletic League (RPAL). This is a free party, though there is a suggested $1 donation (or more if you are so inclined) that will support RPAL. Rob will provide soda, pizza, cake, and tokens.
