Wow, I am so thankful the 2009 Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k is officially complete.  I am proud to have completed another year’s race, and thrilled that my little sister, Nancy Jo Kantner, won the family portion by running a 54:01 and defeating my brother Jeff and me!  Way to go little sister!  Thanks to all those runners who supported the race and Massey Cancer Center, it is exciting to see so many people throughout the community come out to run, to cheer, and to showcase what a wonderful place Richmond is to live!
